If you are interested in applying for the Secure Certificate of Indian Status (SCIS) card, please find the below links for the application, children under 15 and dependent adults have one form and 16 and older have another form. There are also forms for newly registering and for renewing your status, please make sure you are filling out the correct forms. You will also need a Grantor and a passport picture to send in with the application or you can do your picture with the ISC App (Link below).
Keep in mind, it does take a minimum of 16 wks to receive in the mail once application has been received by Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). If you are in Vancouver, I would recommend going to the ISC offices and turning in the application there so they can review for accuracy.
